Yoga~Dance~Meditation

For Your Heart: Rock it Like You Never Did Before

 

As we are moving into the new year – the new times for all of us, we will need an ultimate reboot of our systems and most importantly hearts!

This heart series are for colder autumn months when we need a bit more extra love and nourishment.

 

The emphasis will be on the 3rd (Sun energy), 4th (Love chakra) and 5th (Personal potential) chakras. Because 4th chakra sits between the 3rd and 5th and closely linked with their vibration, we will develop and balance this relationship.

Our goal is to do yoga, sing, dance and meditate to fully open our potential and empower ourselves for the next year of 2012, a year of big changes and transition. We need to be ready for the shift, shift towards living from the heart, not the mind.

Olga teaches beginner and general hatha and other styles yoga in London offices and hired venues, under her company.

Prior to teaching yoga, Olga worked in marketing industry, so is all too familiar with the physical discomforts and stressful scenarios that arise from a desk-bound job – and the subsequent relief that yoga can bring.

Olga’s classes include asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation, and are designed to re-energize, re-align, restore and relax. She encourages a non-competitive and challenging approach to yoga, allowing students to understand their physical limitations, explore their capabilities and deepen their practice.

Having trained as a yoga teacher in the spiritual setting of Himalayas, India; Olga was lucky to experience and absorb authentic Eastern philosophies of yoga and wellbeing. Now back home in London, she seeks to share these learnings with students who would benefit from a quieter mind and a healthier body to better navigate the stresses of city living.
